The Samsung Galaxy On7 is expected to release in the month of November in 2015, along with the Samsung Galaxy On5. Both of the devices feel pretty similar to each other, when compared specifications-wise. The Samsung Galaxy On7 features mediocre specifications and will debut as a mid-segment device.
Design & Display
Following the images released on the internet, the Samsung Galaxy On7 is likely to follow a design similar to the company’s note series. The unlocked cellphone’s dimensions will be 151.8 x 77.5 x 8.2 mm, with a weight of 172 grams. Leather back or leather back covers may also get featured for the device. The device will be coming two color variants, which will be gold and white.
The screen size of the device is 5.5 Inches, and has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, making it a HD screen, with a pixel per inch density of 267. A TFT type of display is used in the phone’s screen. It is likely that the display will be protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass. Moreover, the screen is expected to show sharp details, making the fine text readable, along with good viewing angles.
Software and Hardware
The Samsung Galaxy On7 will run the Android operating system, along with its own UI, TouchWiz, skinned on top of it. The UI is expected to be the latest one with optimizations for the device usage. The device’s hardware paired up along with the latest Android OS will be able to deliver a lag-free smooth experience.
The phone will run on Android Lollipop 5.1 Operating system, and will be powered with Exynos 3475 chipset, with the processor being Quad-core 1.2 GHz. The GPU used in the device is yet to be announced.
The device comes with sufficient amount of storage for installing applications. The phone also supports external MicroSD card to further expand the memory of the device in order to store media such as audio, video etc. The unlocked cellphone is also packed with a high size of RAM, which can help people multi-task without experiencing any shutters or lag.

The unlocked cellphone supports a 3000 mAh battery. Due to the big battery capacity, it can be safely assumed that the device will be able to last 1-2 days on a full charge.
